Oh yeah… Offseason training has begun. Have done a few workouts already and the new split seems to be working fine. Its a 9 day split where I train everything but back and calfs once a week. I do back two times and calfs every workout.
Today I did shoulders and calfs.
Rear delts in reversed flyes machine
1 giant set and 3 three normal working sets
Side lateral raises in cable machine
1 giant set and 3 normal working sets
Seatet reversed dumbell flyes for rear delts
3 sets
Free weight machine presses
1 normal set , 1 giant set and 1 drop set
Smith machine millitary presses
2 sets
We finished of the workout with standing calf raises
