1 regular set and 1 rest pause set (3 sets with 15 sec pause between)
One arm standing cable rows

First time i did my lower back workout. Previous I divided my back in one workout for width and one for thickness. Now Im teying something new. Morw like Ronnie did back in the days. I have one session for upper back and one session for lower back.
Yesterday I did the lower back workout and it felt preeeety damn good =]
